- Keep (for now): Files are COM:INUSE on Wikidata. Commons does not dictate what other projects deem to be in scope/notable for their projects. --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 12:09, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
- Well, files were recently deleted, even as they were used on Wikidata, with even more notability than this guy. The WD item was created by the same person. Yann (talk) 12:35, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
- In that case, feel free to urge the WIkidata community to delete the item. We should not dictate what they deem to be in their scope. ("It should be stressed that Commons does not overrule other projects about what is in scope. If an image is in use on another project (aside from use on talk pages or user pages), that is enough for it to be within scope."). Once that is done, we can Delete on grounds of scope (we might be able to delete due to other criterias of course, but not scope related until the Wikidata page is deleted). --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 16:03, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
- Currently the Wikidata item is linked from 10+ other items, such as films he was a cast member of, which are themselves all are notable and in scope for both Wikidata and enWP. So, I doubt the item about this person will be deleted on Wikidata. And since they will (probably) keep the item, they will want to illustrate it with a free image if possible - and that's where Commons comes in. However, the Wikidata community might delete the item regardless - and if such a thing happens, then tis can deleted due to scope, of course. --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 16:13, 16 June 2024 (UTC)

- Delete the files were deleted and re-uploaded without following an UDR. They are linked to wikidata, but such entries were created by a bunch of sockpuppets (blocked in enwiki and wd) and are currently on a DR in wikidata. Günther Frager (talk) 13:03, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
- That settles it. Account blocked. Yann (talk) 14:33, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
