Goodies, tips, and tricks

No me parece que esa plantilla esté correcta. Primero, el enlace no está disponible desde hace más de diez años. No obstante, la encontré aquí. Aquí he constatado que la plantilla es completamente incorrecta, primero, porque se trata de propiedad industrial (patentes, marcas) y el artículo en cuestión, 33, solo señala que aquellos símbolos no pueden registrarse como marcas, pero no que sean de dominio público. Disney shorts title cards

Hi @Andrek02. I think these are particularly troublesome. In some cases the background is very simple and they may be okay to keep, but some have more complex backgrounds (with textures) that can make it hard for them to be kept. No. De hecho el artículo hace referencia a la protección de "toda producción literaria, científica o artística susceptible de ser divulgada o publicada por cualquier medio o procedimiento", lo que incluye obras artísticas como son los escudos de armas y banderas. Ellos pueden sin embargo estar en el dominio público por otros motivos, como su simpleza o por estar comprendidos en el artículo 325 de la ley de empleados públicos que se menciona en {{PD-Venezuela}} Bedivere (talk) 23:41, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
